We appreciate that litigation is often a last resort and therefore also offer advice on a preventative basis, both on specific potential disputes as well as the interpretation of documents. Furthermore, for many of our clients litigation is not a familiar occurrence and we aim to sympathetically guide our clients through this unfamiliar territory.
